The basics

By playing Dunmast you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't play.

Your account

You are responsible for your account. Keep your password secure. One account per person. Don't share accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to play Dunmast. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Conduct

Don't:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play
• Exploit bugs or glitches (report them instead)
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Use offensive or inappropriate names
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempt to access other players' accounts

Virtual items

All in-game items, resources, ships, and currencies are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. You may not sell, trade, or transfer game accounts or items for real money.

Membership

The Captain's Membership is a recurring monthly subscription at $5/month, processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Ships built during membership are kept, but premium-only ships cannot be rebuilt without an active membership.

The game

Dunmast is provided as-is. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to avoid data wipes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss of progress due to technical issues.

Intellectual property

All game content, artwork, code, and design is the property of the developer. You may not copy, redistribute, or use game assets outside of normal gameplay.

Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, without notice. You may delete your own account at any time from the in-game settings page.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued play after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the in-game news system.
