Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we store your captain name, email address, and a hashed version of your password. We also store your game state (buildings, ships, resources, quest progress, etc.).

Guest accounts store game state only. No email or personal information is collected until you register.

Why we collect it

To run the game, authenticate your login, and process payments. That's it. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating Dunmast.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking scripts.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment details. Stripe receives your email address and payment information directly. Their privacy policy governs how they handle that data.

Third parties

We use Google Fonts for typography, which may log your IP address per Google's privacy policy. No other third-party services receive your data. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

Your account data is stored as long as your account exists. Guest accounts are automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity. You can delete your account at any time from the in-game settings page, which permanently removes all your data.

Your rights

You can:

• View your data (it's your game state, visible in-game)
• Delete your account and all associated data (Settings > Danger Zone)
• Contact us to request data export or ask questions

Children

Dunmast is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
